Dewi & Anthony Syrowatka are the owners of Golden Monkey Canggu. With more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry they have explored various culinary themes, starting from a fine dining restaurant – Aperitif Bali; 5-star resort restaurant in Viceroy Bali – Cascades Restaurant; and their authentic Balinese inspired cuisine – Dapur Raja Restaurant.

Chef Kho Eng Khim, brings over 20 years of experience to lead the team at Golden Monkey Restaurant, an exquisite decadent Chinese-Cantonese culinary delicacy in the core of Bali’s social community which is Canggu, Brawa.
Prior to Golden Monkey Restaurant, Chef Kho Eng Kim has become Executive chef in China and has achieved a certification from Culinary Art Centre to specialize in Chinese and Dim Sum Cuisine. These experiences inline him to enhance the unique flavours of Asian dishes while also providing fusion options for other international palates.
Originating from the Guangdong Province of China, Cantonese cuisine comprises simple and all-natural dishes, the taste of which is reflective of the bountiful natural and agricultural ingredients from the region.
